Return Policy

US RETURNS
All returns must first be confirmed.  Please send your request with order number to info@desertroseapparel.com.
Customer must pay for shipping on returned item(s).
Tracking and insurance is recommended for packages sent for return, as we cannot be responsible for any lost/damaged return packages.
Merchandise must be postmarked for return within twenty-one (21) days of order date for all US orders.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any damages.
Merchandise must have all tags, including any vendor hang tags, attached. Swimsuits must also have hygiene sticker attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Shoes must be returned in the original box without damage to the box or a 50% restocking fee will be applied.
Hair accessories, undergarments, belts, jewelry and bodysuits cannot be returned.
Items returned worn or with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, etc. will be rejected or may be subject to a dry cleaning fee, per our discretion.
Any orders being returned in-store at any location will be issued STORE CREDIT ONLY. There will be no exceptions made. All pickup orders brought in-store for an exchange will only be issued store credit or exchange, if applicable. Stores are NOT authorized to issue refunds.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please follow the instructions on the return form included in package.
Items must be returned to the address below within twenty-one (21) days from the day package is received. Please include order number on the outside of the package. Refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund custom duties, taxes and/or shipping charges.
