Our Hassle-Free Return Policy

At Desert Rose Apparel, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. We understand that sometimes items may not fit as expected or fulfill your specific requirements. That's why we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and stress-free.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free from any stains, odors, or damage

To initiate a return, simply follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team through our dedicated returns email or phone number. You can find the contact information on our website.
  2. Provide your order details, including the order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, providing you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and the necessary instructions.
  4. Securely package the item(s) along with the RMA number and ship it back to us using a reputable shipping service of your choice.
  5. Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect and process the return within X business days. Once approved, we will issue a refund for the returned item(s) amount to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.


If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate your preference for an exchange. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will initiate the exchange process.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. In the event that the requested item(s) are out of stock, we will issue you a refund for the returned item(s) amount instead.

Terms and Conditions

Desert Rose Apparel's returns and exchanges policy is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defects or errors on our part.
  • For hygienic reasons, certain items such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed defective.
  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item(s) do not meet the specified requirements mentioned earlier.
  • In the case of damaged or defective items, please provide clear photos illustrating the issue when contacting our customer support team. This will help expedite the resolution process.
